After a lot of inspiration from Annie from Obsidian Hall I have decoratet the front of the shop. Now I am just trying to find out if the coloms should be black or not ? Also I am on the look out for curtain fabric. Hopefully this will make the windows less empty.

I tried to have a go with super glue and paint after the tutorial from Nadsa. I did finish the baskets but I have to admit it will take a long time before I try this again. I ended up with superglue everywhere except where it was meant to be. The wire did not want to stay where they should stay and it just didn't want to stick. If they look like Nadsas.... Not at all and I admire the work she has made with these baskets.

Then I needed something to put into the small basket so I had to make some mushrooms at the moment I am making eegs.

  1. Reiko, I think your shop looks very nice.
And the baskets, I tried it myself, so I know how difficult it was. But I think yours look great!

  2. The shopfront is looking great :) I would paint the columns either really deep blue or black to make them stand out :) And I've also tried those baskets, mine didn't either turn out quite as supposed to :D

  3. Hi Reiko. I like your baskets, and they look very pretty in front of the door. But about the columns... I couldn't choose either.

  4. Hello! It is always so difficult to choose the colors. I think it will look nice in any color. And you can always try and paint it again, if you are not happy with the black. Lovely shop!

  6. You've got a charming millinery shop too :) And surely yours it's much more closer to the day of completion, while mine might take a few more ages!
Yes, I've made the shelves by myself, as I couldn't find anything big enough to hold all my hats!
